**What You’ll Do**
- Directly report to the Food and Beverage Service manager
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
- Prepares all items to recipe, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Conduct quality checks on raw products to maintain the highest standards.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety through prep area.
- Strictly follow safety procedures.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front of house staff to respond to urgent guest needs.
- Assist on the line when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1 year restaurant experience (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
