**Job Summary**
We’re seeking a passionate and skilled **Line Cook/Prep Cook** to join our dynamic team. As a Cook at Chai Social, you’ll play a key role in crafting authentic, high-quality dishes that delight our guests and evoke nostalgia. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items, including pakoras, samosas, paratha rolls, vada pav, paneer rolls, bun kebabs, chaat boards, and desserts, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to maintain authentic flavors and visual appeal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Contribute ideas for menu specials or seasonal offerings to enhance the guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a cook, preferably with knowledge of South Asian cuisine.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
- Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality, flavorful dishes.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts (until 12 AM on weekends).
