**ABOUT THE POSITION**
We're looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join the Sales team at Concorde Entertainment Group. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing external client relationships, developing new leads, and acting as a liaison between clients. A sharp aptitude for learning, relationship building, with a strong multi-dimensional skillset are key to success in this role.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Build and manage portfolio of $750,000 / year
- Will “Maximize Sales” by providing product knowledge around Concorde offerings as a whole and building genuine relationships.
- Partnerships: Utilizing existing partnerships and vendors at Concorde to also build portfolio.
- New Outreach: Will work closely with Sales Team to collect new contacts through various methods, such as cold calling.
- Develop and lead sales initiatives, some may be “out of the box” strategies/models even, to assist in achieving sales goals.
- Responsible for assisting in building additional marketing initiatives to drive sales. Passing along client feedback with what they are looking for.
- Manage client updates in CRM - Hubspot - and builds sales pipeline.
- Leverage existing relationships, identify new business partners, and pursue growth companies which have potential.
- Conduct informative and accurate venue site tours and presentations engaging to prospective clients.
- Organize and implement sales blitzes and be active in industry events.
- Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
- Maintain highest level of consistency and adherence to company / department culture and polices.
- Provide ambassadorship for the company by positively representing it within head office, other venues, and at company and public events.
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Maintain compliance with Concorde Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and with insurance, legal, and health and safety obligations
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

- Keeps appropriate dress and hygiene standards.
**WHAT YOU HAVE**
- 3-5 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Degree or diploma in a related field (business, sales, marketing, hospitality management, etc.) is preferred but not required.
