**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, pricing, and merchandising products.
- Handle cashiering duties, including cash management and financial reporting.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to create an engaging shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects the brand's standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Demonstrated sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to retail operations is preferred.
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is advantageous.
