**The Opportunity**

Trees Cannabis is seeking a friendly, outgoing and energetic Store Manager to join our team. You will manage daily operations of the retail store and create a welcoming and rewarding experience for staff and customers. This dynamic role includes supporting your team as well as the executive team, creating a fun and inspiring environment.

**Your Impact**
- Maximize sales and marketing plans for the store through effective planning and execution
- Analyze sales & marketing data to find strengths, gaps and opportunities
- Effectively manage time and competing priorities in a fast paced, high change retail environment
- Complete scheduling store requirements by scheduling employees to ensure we have a fully staffed store at all times and submit hours for payroll
- Maintain operational excellence within the store and ensure all companywide policies and procedures are adhered to
- Inspire, mentor and share your passion for cannabis and the community

- Strong analytical skills to report and discuss store numbers

**Requirements**:

- 19 years old or age as specified by the AGCO.
- CANSELL training certification
- Flexible with hours of work
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience
- Retail Management License (RML)
- Able to lift boxes 5-30 lbs

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Cansell Certificate (preferred)
- Retail Management License (preferred)
