Product Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Product Management:
- Champion the development and maintenance of the products and services
- research, review, and adapt to information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions, and make recommendations based on findings or opportunities discovered
- Lead the management of the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and support, including all tactical activities and go-to-market plans
- Develop the product roadmaps to conceive short, medium, and long-term features
- Gather and document clear market requirements for all product changes or new products, and communicate such to the organization
- Establish and monitor key product management metrics
- Lead the day-to-day management of strategic partner relationships and facilitate presentations to potential prospects, senior management, board of directors, and at industry-related events
- Define business requirements for new products and product enhancements, and conduct user acceptance testing
Sales and Marketing:
- Partner with marketing in the development and execution of the product marketing strategy and marketing communications plans that generate leads and drive demand
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets and tools to support the Sales Team
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Support to deeply understand the target market, sales funnel, prospecting and customer journey/feedback
- Proactively analyze and report on sales data and use our Customer Relationship Management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or diploma in product management, marketing, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in product management and/or marketing related role(s)
- Creative, innovative, entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- High attention to detail, including precise and effective customer communications and ability to handle multiple, competing priorities
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- Understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated time management skills
- History of active teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Experience within a Startup or in an entrepreneurial environment considered an asset
