NorthStar Transport Inc. was founded in 2019 and located its head office in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The company provides trucking transportation services to all across Canada and North America. NorthStar Transport has more than 12 employees across all its locations (Dartmouth, NS & Mississauga, ON). NorthStar have a fleet of 70 + trucks and about 140+ trailers include reefer and dry vans. Our rates are competitive for all our services.

**NORTHSTAR TRANSPORT** is currently seeking a **Transportation Planning Coordinators **to join our team based out of MISSISSAUGA, ON.
- Plan loads and routes for the drivers and schedule their pick up and delivery appointments
- Assist dispatchers in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day issues
- Panning resources for all lanes. Manage equipment to provide service efficiently.
- Must have good knowledge of LOAD LINK/ DAT
- Minimum 3 year experience in dispatching is must. Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and seek guidance when necessary. Dispatching software **FLEET MANAGER **and basic Hours of Service knowledge is must.
- Use knowledge of North American geography to research and determine the most cost efficient and economical routes

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
