**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the café, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the café's profitability and customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor café staff in areas such as food preparation, customer interactions, and service standards
- Create work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in kitchen operations, customer service, restaurant management, or related fields (minimum 2 years in a management position)
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing a café or similar food service establishment

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
