This role is required to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote Kim’s Nails products and services to new and existing customers.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of related experience
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills (oral & written)
- Must have strong client relationship management and time management skills
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to work varying shifts, including weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be very well organized with strong attention to detail
- Post-Secondary education preferred but more emphasis placed on competencies noted above

**Nice to Have **
- Waxing experience
- Lash extension experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON N6J 1Y1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
