**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas
- Provide personalized customer service by understanding client preferences and offering expert advice on nail care and products
- Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified and trained to do so
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
- Promote salon services and retail offerings to maximize client engagement

**Qualifications**
- Valid state licensing as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with nail specialty certification
- Experience in nail care techniques including gel, acrylics, and natural manicures preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for hygiene in a salon setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and preferences
