- This role will require someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role will include but is not limited to: _

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Quoting, booking, and tracking shipments
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and continuous follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist customers with tracking enquiries, problem solving and assisting to find solutions for deliveries or pickups that do not proceed as planned
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
