**Role**:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced billing clerk to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The Day Shift Billing Clerk will be taking care of billing and generating shipping documents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform billing and administrative tasks, working alongside the shipping team and reporting to the Supervisor - Plant Admin/Billing.
- Transaction verification and generating export paperwork
- Answering phone calls and assisting with people arriving at the office
- Work with little supervision and prioritize tasks according to the needs of the business.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, reporting, and document compilation.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Able to cover evening shifts on occasion (vacation/sick leave)
