The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a full-time **Appointment Coordinator**for our **Salmon Arm Toyota **location.

- **You will be accountable for**:_
- Answering phone calls and scheduling customer appointments.
- Calling customers to remind them of upcoming appointments.
- Calling and rescheduling customers who did not show up for their appointments.
- Booking appointments for the customer's vehicle servicing needs.
- Discussing details of requested service with customers (i.e. What is involved, length of time required).
- Contacting special order parts customers and confirming appointments, or if parts have not arrived re-booking appointment.
- Controlling incoming customer traffic by assigning customers to service advisors.
- Communicating customer feedback to service advisor or service manager.
- Coordinating shuttle services for customers as required.
- Assisting with related clerical duties as required.
- Maintaining a clean working environment.
- Other duties as needed.
- **To be successful in this role, you must have**:_
- A valid driver's license with a clean driver abstract.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident and professional phone manner skills.
- Good computer skills and the ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proven ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
- The ability to remain organized and handle multiple priorities.

This full-time position is Monday to Friday. If you feel you are qualified for this role, please submit your resume.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
