**We are currently seeking a motivated and ready to work assistant manager to join our team**

**Description**:The assistant manager will be in charge of buying the materials required for the different projects. In order for him to carry out the purchases, we will provide him with a truck, therefore, a driver’s license is required for this position. The assistant manager will also be in charge of the organization of the tools as well as the inventory of them. He will create and implement a written system to improve the employees and subcontractor’s organization by assigning schedules, creating the scope of work and helping with the physical job when necessary.

**Goal**:To improve the effectiveness and structure of the way the work is executed in order to offer the clients the best home renovation experience.

**Responsibilities for the position**:

- Ensure all materials are on-time, on site and complete - tracking and managing an on-site inventory.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the Manager
- Track and manage change notices and change orders.
- Assist project manager with scope of operations.
- Assist project manager in preparation of monthly reports.
- Maintain and promote health and safety amongst sub-ordinate staff.
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors and clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working: 1 year (preferred)
