As our **Lost & Found/Receiving Technician**, you won’t just take calls or fill out forms - you’ll be the bridge between worried families and their missing pets, a calm voice when emotions run high, and a problem-solver who makes reunions happen.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Reunite families**: Track down leads, dig for answers, and do what it takes to reconnect lost pets with the people who love them.
- **Guide with compassion**: Support owners who may be facing difficult decisions, offering solutions without judgment.
- **Keep things running smoothly**: From managing animal intakes and records to ensuring protocols are followed, you’ll help keep the shelter moving.
- **Help pets find homes**: Assist with adoptions, answer questions, and make sure families leave with wagging tails and happy hearts.

**The Fine Print**
- Full-time position with weekend shifts.
