**JOB TITLE**:SHIPPER/RECEIVER (Automotive Dealership)
- **LOCATION**: Capital Ford Lincoln, Regina, SK

**JOB SUMMARY** This role will assist with receiving and shippinh of packages, parcels, and supplies, store items in the appropriate areas, and prepare orders for shipping. This is a position that requires a highly organized personality. You must pay close attention to small details while managing the logistics of a high volume of items entering and leaving the facility.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Processing all orders (picking, double checking, packing) with 100% accuracy and in a timely manner.-
- Prepare paperwork for out-of-town shipments and communicate with dispatch about pick-ups.-
- Load and unload trucks and other vehicles for transporting goods.-
- Receive goods: check goods against invoice or packing list to ensure that all items are received and entered in the ERP system accurately and stocked away in it's proper place with100% accuracy with proper labeling when needed.-
- Keeping an organized record of back orders for follow up.-
- Maintain a clutter-free workplace-
- Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard.-
- Communicate any issues to the Parts Manager in a timely matter.-
- Be a team player and assist co-workers whenever you can.-
- Follow all TDS, and WHMIS guidelines-
- Operate and use all equipment such as forklift, pallet jack and other equipment in a safe matter.-
- Other assigned tasks & responsibilities**REQUIREMENTS**- Time management - managing one’s own time.-
- Data Entry - ability to type efficiently in order to maintain accurate inventory tracking records.-
- Exceptional organizational skills-
- Ability to meet shipping deadlines-
- Clean Driver’s Abstract-
- Class 5 License-
- Motivated self-starter that can productively work alone and in teams/groups to solve problems and get work done-
- Must have the ability and willingness to work overtime on an as-needed/required basis.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.-
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
