Haldimand Commercial Maintenance is a year-round employer operating in the construction and winter maintenance industries. We’re currently seeking **dedicated and reliable Snow Plow Operators** to join our growing team for the upcoming winter season and beyond.

**Position Summary**:
As a Snow Plow Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining safe roadways during winter weather conditions. This includes snow plowing, salting, and general winter control operations across the Haldimand County area.

**Requirements**:

- Valid **DZ or AZ driver’s license** (mandatory)
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call work depending on weather conditions
- Ability to work independently in challenging weather environments
