Maintenance Technician

**Duties**:
Conduct regular inspections of roofs on residential and commercial properties to identify and address issues such as leaks, damage, or wear and tear.
- Perform roof repairs, including patching, sealing, and replacing damaged roofing materials.
- Clean and maintain gutters, drains, and downspouts to ensure proper water drainage.
- Clean and wash windows on various types of properties, ensuring they are free of streaks and dirt.
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces, including walls, sidewalks, driveways, and decks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects and meet client expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in maintenance and construction.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment, including pressure washers and window cleaning tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
