**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Assist with renovations or improvements as needed, collaborating with contractors when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role, showcasing a broad range of skills in maintenance and repair work.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- Certification in relevant trades (e.g., plumbing or electrical) is a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
