**Your day-to-day will look like**:

- Manage overall schedule and cost; allocates resources across disciplines; responds proactively.
- Attack causes of cost.
- Focus on production and work improvement to drive the most profit.
- Incorporate knowledge of discipline and can bring others up to speed.
- Leverage subcontractors / suppliers’ relationships to increase bidding opportunities.
- Manage crews.
- Recognize and mitigates risks in contracts, technical specs, and operations.
- Seek alternatives
- looks to eliminate, combine, simplify.
- Think creatively and provides solutions.

**You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills**:

- Qualifications_:

- Foundation Piling / Drilling / CFA Experience is required.
- Years of experience: minimum 5 - 10 yrs.
- Education: grade 12 with diploma
- (Post Secondary Asset).
- Designations: Valid Drivers License / First AID / Ground Disturbance Supervisory.
- Technical Skills:_
- Considered an asset: Foundation Drilling or Piling Experience / Safety Training / Engineering Training / Managerial or Leadership Training.
- Interpersonal Skills:_
- Coordinates knowledge across segments or areas in a project.
- Recognizes gaps in knowledge on a project. Subject Matter Expert / consult complex operations.
- sets the expectation for the company and the leader of the day-to-day operations.
- Understands the project direction & clients requirements before planning execution phase / fact taker and gets multiple feedback on all issues.
- Available to Company Operations & Clients within timely matter. Acknowledges and verifies the daily expectation / Listens and address concerns of the crew. Knowingness for safety. awareness of how & when to intervene. Strong relationship with client and office personnel. Safety Team Expectation are adhered to.
- Ensures all compliance documentation and data for projects are up to date.
- Equipment and Safety records are scheduled and organized / Evaluates Improvement Factors.
- Good Client Relations of collaboration and cooperation.
- Conflict Management Awareness with multiple personality types / honesty & sincere.
