You possess extensive experience in mechanical construction and excel in planning, execution, and risk management. Your attention to detail ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You thrive on building positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. You are safety-focused, proactive, and always seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes. As a Mechanical Superintendent, you’ll report to the Field Operations Manager and oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. Your day will include: Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure success. Leading and mentoring Site Supervisors, Foremen, and staff to achieve operational excellence. Collaborating with safety teams to enforce and enhance company safety policies. Conducting project pre-planning and reviewing designs for cost-effectiveness and compliance. Addressing job and schedule delays proactively to minimize losses. Overseeing quality control and assurance to maintain Hall’s reputation for excellence. Representing Hall Mechanical at site meetings and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction or a related field. Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale projects and teams. Strong understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, as well as building codes and safety regulations. Journeyman or Red Seal certification in a mechanical trade (e.g., plumbing, gas fitting); PMP or P.Eng considered an asset. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Familiarity with project management tools and processes, including RFIs, change orders, and Site Docs. Considered an Asset Relevant and local construction industry experience.
