**About Dawn**:
Dawn Construction is a leading general contractor who offers full-service construction for commercial, residential, institutional and light industrial projects, and modular construction. Dawn is currently entering a growth phase and is looking for skilled and motivated individuals to add to its team.

Site superintendents oversee the construction process and are responsible for overall construction activities within the established design, budget and scheduling guidelines. This can include planning and scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling activities on the construction site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the construction fit out project in Manila.
- Coordinate and collaborate with local teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee the execution of carpentry and millwork tasks with precision and quality.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to on-site teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Regularly report project progress to the project management team.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience as a Carpenter with a strong background in millwork.
- Proven track record in leading and managing construction fit out projects.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in an international setting.
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site in Manila, Philippines for the duration of the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Carpenter with a recognized apprenticeship or equivalent training.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in carpentry and millwork.
- Previous experience in a Site Superintendent or leadership role.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
