**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Assist with payroll processing using ADP or similar systems to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support month-end closing procedures by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information while adhering to company policies.

**Experience**
- Experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $17.97-$25.27 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
