**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in a fast paced environment as a Post Office / Lotto Clerk. You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to sales, cash handling and post office duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Flexible hours, 3 to 4 days per week, 4 to 8 hours a shift, and On Call. Shifts are between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.

**Duties**:

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Assist customers with product inquiries, and maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Must be able to get lotto certified
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and organized sales floor (light housekeeping)
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Clear Criminal Record Check
- Previous experience in a sales or cashiering role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and math skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
