**Office Services Clerk - Mail & Print**
**(Client Care Centre)**
As an Office Services Clerk - Mail & Print, you are committed to delivering excellent customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. You will provide a variety of Mailroom & Printing services, which include receiving and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence; processing outgoing Client Services’ letters/ correspondence relating to a number of workflows; printing; assembling various client information packages; coordinating and assembling mass mailings; providing administrative support within the records area; and providing occasional back-up relief to Reception and support other Client Care Centre Resources functions.
**Key Qualifications**:
You have familiarity with Canadian postal procedures and rates, and mailroom operations. Sound knowledge of office/clerical procedures and record keeping, client indexing and directory structure with the demonstrated ability to maintain confidential records in a computerized environment. Basic knowledge of and skills to operate a computer based electronic content management and workflow system, in order to enter/input data, print and process correspondence. Sufficient keyboarding skill to keep up with volume of data to be entered. Ability to organize and complete work on own initiative and with mínimal supervision. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative work environment and follow procedures, requiring strong attention to detail. Ability to operate an electronic weighing scale, postal meter machines, document imaging, high-speed duplicator and printer.
