Sponsorship Sales:
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and secure corporate sponsors for the Job Fair.

Build relationships with corporate clients, identifying their event sponsorship needs and presenting customized sponsorship packages.

Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring the interests of both job fair and the corporate sponsors are met.

Market Research & Client Outreach:
Conduct market research to identify potential corporate sponsors and event partners in the Quebec region.

Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing corporate sponsors by building strong, long-term relationships.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring sponsors have a smooth and positive experience with the job fair.

Event Coordination & Support:
Collaborate with the event and marketing teams to align sponsorship opportunities with event themes and objectives.

Ensure sponsors receive all agreed-upon benefits and brand visibility at the job fair.

Assist in coordinating sponsor participation and presence at the event, ensuring smooth execution of all sponsor activities.

Qualifications:
Experience in Event Sponsorship Sales:
Proven track record of securing corporate sponsorships for large-scale events, preferably in the Quebec region.

Understanding of the event sponsorship market and ability to pitch corporate clients on the value of event sponsorship opportunities.

Strong Sales Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to identify potential sponsors, create tailored sales pitches, and close deals.

Knowledge of the Quebec Market:
Familiarity with corporate networks and business culture in Quebec, particularly in industries that align with job fairs, recruitment, and diversity.

Bilingual:
Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with corporate clients in Quebec.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with job fairs, career expos, or corporate events is a significant plus.

Existing network of corporate contacts within Quebec.

Compensation:
Commission-Based: Earn commission based on sponsorship deals closed, offering high earning potential.

Base Pay: Competitive base pay, with opportunities for bonuses based on sales performance.

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
