**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Drywalling**:

- Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to fit wall and ceiling spaces.
- Secure drywall panels using nails, screws, or adhesives.
- Tape, mud, and sand seams, joints, and corners to create smooth, even surfaces.
- Repair damaged drywall or plaster as needed.

**Texture Application**:

- Use hand tools or spray equipment to create consistent and uniform finishes.
- Ensure texture matches existing patterns where necessary during repairs.

**Painting**:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming as required.
- Match colors and finishes to specifications and touch up any imperfections.
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment.

**Finishing Carpentry**:

- Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and doors.
- Measure and cut wood or other materials with precision.
- Repair or replace damaged woodwork and ensure secure fittings.
- Ensure all installations meet aesthetic and structural standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, painting, and finish carpentry.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in varying environments.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and PPE use.
