**Job Title**:Foreman Carpenter (Full Time)**

The Carpenter/Framer is responsible for the implementation of a project from start to finish once the design, engineering, and scope have been established. A typical day in the life of a Carpenter/Framer includes the management of materials, other installers, and customer expectations. The Carpenter/Framer works closely with ownership and the client. A typical day includes hands on work balanced with training, documenting, and planning for the next day or week. If you are interested in leadership we want to groom you for that possibility. If you have already been a foreman, project supervisor, or team lead - we will discuss that in the interview.

**Wage and Benefits**:

- $75K-100K/Annually based on skillset
- Extended Health Benefits

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime may be arranged with Management

Work Location: Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley make up 90% of our projects while there are some projects that are based in the Interior, Island, and Northern BC

Expected start date: 2025-04-07

Pay: $37.00-$50.00 per hour
