Unbreakable Wall Systems and Glazing Solutions Inc is looking for a Glazier to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the construction industry and wants to gain experience in the glazing field.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Install, service, and maintain glass in commercial and residential buildings.
- Install, service, and maintain glass in the glazing field.
- Install, service, and maintain window frames.
- Install, service, and maintain window coverings.
- Install, service, and maintain doors and frame coverings.
- Install, service, and maintain interior finishings.
- Install, service, and maintain window partitions.
- Install glass coverings over windows or other openings.
- Cleaning glass surfaces after installation.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

**Skills Required and Physical Demands**
- Ability to work in all weather conditions including hot summer days.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions including hot summer days.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time while working on glass surfaces.
- Must be able to work with chemicals on a regular basis as they may come into contact with them at times during the course of the job.
- Must be able to read small print in order to complete documentation accurately as it pertains to glass installation such as measurements needed for installation such as measurements needed for installation such as measuring tape or measuring ruler or calipers.

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lower Mainland, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Glazing (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
