You will be a great fit if:

What will you do?

Attend scheduled meetings and take thorough minutes (We have meetings all over the GTA)

Follow guidelines in preparing your minutes and submit your polished set to our editing team. Being adaptable and willing to learn is key to being a top performer

Required Experience
- Must have Administration or Management experience in a Corporate environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong typing, business writing and grammar skills

**Qualifications**:

- Absolute reliability and punctuality
- Ability to summarize key discussions and document decisions
- Experience in minutes/notes/legal transcription taking and preparation is an asset
- Vehicle ownership is preferred but not required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $60.00 per week

- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Legal drafting: 1 year (required)
- Administrative: 3 years (required)
