Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the incumbent will perform various activities related to order processing by providing prompt, courteous, professional and efficient customer service.

Key activities
Perform order processing.
Carry out the required verifications during the processing of orders.
Participate in the management of customer requests and the management of back orders.
Work closely with various departments to resolve discrepancies.
**Sales team support**: forecasting, sales reports and analysis, etc.
Required training and experience
DEP in administration, AEP in customer service or AEC in administration and office technology.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Skills sought
**Bilingualism in French and English (essential**: exchanges with unilingual English-speaking colleagues, clients and suppliers in other provinces
or countries).
**Computer skills**: Excel (intermediate level), Word.
Team spirit and positive attitude.
Demonstrate rigor, organization and communication skills.
Good ability to plan and manage time and priorities.
