**Vice Principal of Junior School**

Full-time (1.0 EFT) position with teaching responsibilities to commence September 2025
- A record of success in instruction, assessment and program development;
- Strong skills in communication and relationship building;
- An understanding of student support, with a focus on student well-being;
- A commitment to fostering student engagement, leadership and agency;
- Experience building partnerships with students, parents and the community;
- Expertise in inclusive teaching strategies;
- Experience in daily school operations;
- An ability to promote high expectations and continuous school improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Manitoba Teaching License or eligibility to obtain one.
- Bachelor of Education degree; Master’s degree in Education or related field is an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience at the Early Years level.
- Respect In School or Commit To Kids certification
- Strong knowledge of current educational research, curriculum, and assessment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to fostering a safe, equitable, and inclusive school environment.
