**Related Work Experience**
- Establishing QMS and authoring policies, SOPs and relevant supporting documents
- Designing processes and maintain them in a controlled auditable state
- Risk identification, analysis and mitigation strategies
- Data monitoring, trending, analysis, reporting, and record keeping
- Investigation of non-conformances and incidents, developing and implementing CAPA
- Continuous improvement techniques, such as process mapping, pareto, kanban and 5S

**Formal Education or Equivalent**
- BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration, science, engineering or related field with proven compliance experience
- Quality, compliance or auditing background is preferred

**Skills**
- Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to think out of the box and quickly adapt to new technologies

**Other**
- Certificate or experience in organizational change management (asset)
- Certificate or experience in six sigma (asset)
- Certificate/diploma or experience in health and safety, emergency management or business continuity plan (asset)
- Certificate or experience in project management (asset)
- KPI/metric experience (asset)

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Build compliance elements and requirements within the organization in collaboration with the compliance team and other stakeholders, including the (a) development and implementation of compliance measures, (b) communication of compliance measures, (c) monitoring, reporting and evidence collection of non-compliance risks, and (d) compliance enforcement [40%]
- Interpret, evaluate and implement requirements of upcoming and current legislation [30%]
- Receive, review, categorize, analyze/investigate, document, trend, and report risk events and other pertinent or sensitive data [10%]
- Support audits to achieve favourable ratings [10%]
- Collaborate within organization to (a) identify, evaluate and mitigate risks to optimize compliance, (b) minimize reputational damage, (c) and avoid legal actions, fines and penalties [10%]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
