Physical Security Planning and ComplianceBe among the first 25 applicants.Base pay rangeCA$58.79/yr - CA$71.66/yrEmployment typeFull-timeSeniority levelMid-Senior levelDescriptionWe are hiring a Physical Security Planning and Compliance specialist to work on behalf of our client, one of the largest electrical energy suppliers in Canada. This role focuses on facilitating complex decision‑making, strategic planning, and compliance assurance for physical security projects. The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification, although we also consider candidates interested in an INC classification where applicable. The Specialist will support the design and implementation of changes related to NERC CIP (North American Electric Reliability Corporation Critical Infrastructure Protection) physical security standards. Ideally we are looking for an SME with SharePoint administration skillset.ResponsibilitiesProject support for CIP‑003, CIP‑04 and CIP‑006 changes within SEM NERC CIP physical security projects and sustainment activities.Identification, verification & tracking of prerequisite (PRAs, CIP‑100 awareness) for workers requiring new or modified access in Suresite at impacted sites.Collection and tracking of project documentation, deliverables and CIP evidence such as PKM/PACS design approvals, Change Request Checklists, to ensure projects meet NERC compliance requirements across all impacted sites.Process and procedure updates or creation to meet project or sustainment deliverables.Assist with end‑user communications, change management, general inquiries, and sustainment documentation for impacted sites and workers.Perform data analysis and reporting.Qualifications8 years of strategic business analysis experience or equivalent.
