**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare Shipment Documentation and Pick Tickets using multiple resources for accuracy.
- Receive all incoming shipments and packages distributing to other departments. Receive, verify, and communicate any incoming products.
- Direct Material Handlers on what is needed for shipments or movements and communicate any customer requirements effectively.
- Communicate with Quality on any QA Inspection requirements coming into the facility.
- Keep up to date on data Entry on deliveries and shipments.
- Complete transactions on paper and/or software’s as required.
- Follow and update Chain of Custody paperwork for all shipments, contacting customers in a professional and polite manner.
- Troubleshoots shipping issues and customer issues that pop up regularly; works to solve these.
- Keep open and clear lines of communication with production, transportation, and Inventory teams based on priorities.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies as well as internal QMS policies.
- Operate Forklift to assist Material Handlers as required.
- Other related tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to or willingness to learn how to operate a forklift.
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the department’s and company’s success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced growing environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate strong working relationships in a team environment is a must.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure proper follow up and adherence to inventory accuracy mandates
- Experience in Microsoft office.
- Experience in Shipping & receiving seen as an asset.
