**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to adhere to, maintain, and promote a positive company and culture
- Handling incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
- Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries
- Adheres to safety requirements and ensures proper PPE is always worn, including by not limited to steel-toe shoes, facemasks, respirators, hearing protection, lab coat, and gloves.
- Keep a clean and tidy work area.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs as they relate to daily work activities and compliance with regulations of the Cannabis Act.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to read and write in English
- 1-3 years experience in shipping and receiving
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills and adaptability
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships in a team environment is a MUST
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform perpetual movement throughout production and various storage areas
