**Job Summary**:
This position reports to the CQI Risk Manager and will support the Services for Seniors Division with Accreditation preparation, strategic projects and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support the CQI Risk team in preparation for CARF Accreditation, including document management, developing staff communications, liaising with the interdisciplinary teams, developing work plans and other supporting materials as needed.
- Support strategic and operational projects for the division including project plans and change management processes.
- Conduct research and provide analysis of information.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop presentation materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Undergraduate degree with studies related to Aging & Society, Health, Health Sciences or related fields.
- Capable of planning and implementing work in an organized and efficient manner and be familiar with concepts of project management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work both independently and collaboratively and foster a coordinated and integrated approach to work.
- Experience with Long-Term Care programs, Seniors Services or Accreditation.
- Passionate about contributing to the delivery of person-centered programs/services for Services for Seniors.

- Some flexibility in working hours will be required to accommodate specials events and meetings occasionally.
- Occasional travel will be required between sites; the incumbent must provide their own transportation.
