Lending Services Representative

**You’re invited to make a difference ** as a contract **full-time Lending Services Representative in our Elmira Branch.**

Whether the need is to purchase a commercial property or farm, finance capital or operating costs for a small business, arrange for a line of credit for post-secondary education, or buy a home, car, vacation, or investment property; members receive a positive service experience and tailored credit solution that best serves them.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce documentation for loans, coordinates process to register securities, ensure conditions are met, and advance funds.
- Provide member service supporting members needing or inquiring about payment changes, loan renewals, creditor insurance, overdraft protection, personal or business credit cards, etc.
- Support branch lenders with administrative support to proactively manage the branch’s loan portfolio.
- Supports credit quality assurance program through loan audits, credit file management, loan reviews, and other responsibilities.

You follow processes effectively, thrive on multi-tasking, are diligent about meeting deadlines, and able to handle detailed work with accuracy and precision. While you are comfortable working independently with little supervision, you are also excited to contribute to the organization as part of a collaborative team, helping members to improve their financial well-being.

**Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience**:

- Some post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or accounting
- 2-3 years of related experience in financial services, bookkeeping, or customer service
- Strong technical skills
- Previous credit or real estate experience is _an asset_
