We currently have a need for a **Customer Service Representative** for our Manufacturing division. In this customer-facing role out of the Elmira, ON office, the **Customer Service Representative** acts to develop and maintain relationships with customers. As a liaison between the customer and internal departments, the CSR provides product/services information, facilitates quotations and resolves any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

**Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties**
- Order Management: Order tracking, discrepancy resolution, collections and expediting.
- Shipping Coordination: generate and provide freight quotes to customers, liaise between customers and internal logistics departments to coordinate shipments and customer order pickup.
- Product Sales Support: Assist in the development and distribution of marketing material, provide product sales support to end customers and distribution contacts.
- Stock Product invoicing management.
- Order entry as needed.
- Provide support to the Team Leader and Product Manager on special projects.
- Gives customer feedback to Team Leader.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc).
- Post-Secondary Education (University or College) is an asset.
- 2 years’ experience in a customer facing role in a manufacturing environment.
