**Kindling Cannabis** **is looking for a part time key holder**Our Key Holders are the vibes leader at the store and they are mission control for our delivery drivers on the road. Working in partnership with the General Manager, you will be accountable for leading and supervising daily operations like our delivery program and assisting in achieving business goals. You will set the tone by demonstrating expert knowledge, delivering an excellent educational customer experience, driving sales and upholding regulation compliance. **The available position is for a minimum of 1 shift per week at EACH store (850 Eglinton Ave E and 1567 Dundas St W) with potential to pick up more shifts when they become available.**Bonus points if you're willing to pick up shifts on short notice (ex. when folks call in sick)

Kindling Cannabis started as a legal cannabis retail store in the area of Little Portugal on Dundas Street West. We aim to have a welcoming and comfortable environment for our team and our customers. We offer one of the most convenient, free 1-hour delivery systems for our customers within the GTA and growing

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and check ID
- Create a friendly, educational experience for all customers
- Participate in upselling/cross-selling and help market in-store promotions
- Verify and prepare orders for in-store pick up and delivery
- Mission Control/Dispatch for Drivers delivering orders
- Assist in inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Daily cleaning and general upkeep
- Trained at **both**Leaside and Dundas W locations

**Requirements**:

- 19+ years of age
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience, bonus if it's in cannabis
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Valid CannSell Certificate, Standard or Expert
- Cannabis knowledge and passion for cannabis are considered assets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fantastic customer service and phone skills (You will need to speak to customers on the phone. Non-negotiable.)
- Ability to work as a team at all times to assist each other when needed
- Comfortable working alone when necessary
- Good energy to contribute to the vibes
- Most importantly, be a good fit with our existing team of weed nerds, queers and weirdos

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.65 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
