_Reporting to the Principals, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing tenant improvement projects from pre-tender to completion, by partnering with our Site Superintendents and Project Team, to plan, direct, and manage all activities related to the successful execution of all assigned projects. _

**Responsibilities**
- _Developing estimates, identifying cost breakdowns, clarifications, and job scope details_
- _Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and work progress_
- _Direct and oversee completion of project(s)_
- _Develop plan of action including schedule, resources, and work plan_
- _Assess risks and establish contingency plans_
- _Directly communicate with project team members, including site superintendents, vendors, designers, and consultants_
- _Review shop drawings for compliance and prepare/submit shop drawings for consultant review_
- _Liaise with Principals/Estimators on preparing tenders and proposals_
- _Understand and maintain project cost records_
- _Open and close project files_
- _Review completed projects with management to improve future outcomes_
- _Attend project sites, chair site/progress meetings and prepare meeting minutes_

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- _Bachelor’s degree in construction management paired with 5+ years of experience as a commercial Project Manager preferably with **commercial tenant improvement **_
- _Working knowledge of the construction process and related documentation, from the project proposal phase through to project closeout_
- _Accurate estimating knowledge/skills_
- _Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a high-paced atmosphere_
- _Detail oriented, accurate, and highly organized_
- _Effective communicator, written and verbal, with the ability to interpret needs and express ideas clearly_
- _Self-motivated and self-directed_
- _Ensuring project are in compliance with safety plans and regulations_
- _Excellent computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, Project) with the ability to learn new programs when required_
