As a key part of our build team, you’ll take ownership of a wide range of carpentry tasks—from layout and framing to interior trim and finishes. You’ll work independently or as part of a team, collaborating closely with our Project Manager and subcontractors to bring every project to life with care and precision.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform rough carpentry (layout, framing) and finish carpentry (trims, doors, etc.).
- Read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and site instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Use company-provided tablet or phone for jobsite documentation and updates (training

provided).
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure quality execution.
- Occasionally interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of residential carpentry experience.
- Skilled in layout, framing, trim, and finishing work.
- Comfortable using mobile software and devices (we provide the tools + training).
- Able to work independently or with a helper to complete project phases.
- Proficient in reading and following construction plans and scopes.
- Valid G-class driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to craftsmanship.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have led small teams or mentored apprentices.
- Aspire to grow into a Lead Carpenter or Site Supervisor role.
- Own a work truck or van.
