**HomeBase** provides scattered-site supportive housing and Intensive Case Management (ICM) to adults (18+) experiencing chronic homelessness and complex needs across Calgary. Grounded in the principles of Housing First, HomeBase views housing as a basic human right and supports clients in addressing social determinants of health to improve quality of life. The program uses a strength-based approach to build client capacity toward independence and stable housing, while aiming to reduce hospital visits and involvement with the justice system.

This is a **full-time, contract position until September 30, 2025**, with the possibility of extension.

**What You Will Do**
- Collect, enter, and maintain accurate data in internal databases and systems.
- Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain data tracking tools, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Support data analysis and interpretation to inform program planning and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Assist in the development and documentation of data management procedures and workflows.
- Provide training and support to staff on data entry and reporting tools as needed.
- Provide participant support by covering front desk duties as necessary.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Assist with special events, as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**What You Bring**
- Post-secondary education in data management, information systems, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in data entry, data coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools, such as HMIS, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with data governance and privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA, FOIP)
- Experience in nonprofit organizations and the social services sector is preferred.
- High degree of comfort working with program participants and community partners.
- First Aid (Basic or Intermediate) - Level C CPR & AED within 30 days of hire date; certification must be valid for a minimum of 6 months upon hire.
- A satisfactory vulnerable sector criminal record clearance is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and commitment to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada: Calls to Action is preferred.

**Working Environment and Hours**
- The Alex Community Health Centre: 2840-2 Ave SE, Calgary, AB.
- Standard hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours/week)
- Contract term position until September 30, 2025, with the possibility of extension.
- Continuous extended periods of sitting, with some standing and walking (sometimes up and down stairs).
