Learn more about us at www.geopsi.com Full Job Description Job Title Data Analyst Coordinator Location Calgary, AB (on-site) Employment Type 6-month fixed-term employment, with the possibility of extension Salary Range $45,760 - $52,000/annum Start Date Immediately Position Overview The Data Analyst Coordinator is responsible for overseeing data collection, cleaning, and analysis processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of organizational data. This role requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between teams to maintain data integrity and support decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Uphold GEO PSI's core values—commitment with accountability, teamwork, integrity, innovation, and persistence—in all professional activities. Ensure Data Accuracy and Integrity. Maintain clean, reliable, and consistent data across systems. Coordinate Data Processes. Act as the point of contact between departments for data‑related needs. Analyze and Interpret Data. Provide actionable insights through reports and dashboards. Support Decision‑Making. Deliver accurate data to inform strategic and operational decisions. Implement Data Governance. Enforce standards and compliance for data handling. Other duties may be assigned to support evolving business needs. Qualifications and Skills Education: Post‑secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems. Data Management Expertise: Skilled in maintaining clean and reliable datasets and coordinating data processes between departments. Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to generate actionable insights through reports and dashboards. Decision Support: Capable of delivering accurate and timely data to inform strategic and operational decisions. Knowledge of Data Governance: Understanding of data standards, compliance requirements, and best practices for data handling. Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to act as a liaison for data‑related needs across teams. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data tools, reporting software, and dashboard creation (e.g., Excel, and other Microsoft Office, ERP software, Hubspot, and other software).
