Rachel’s Tarts is a proudly Canadian bakery with over 30 years of tradition in crafting award-winning butter tarts and premium baked goods. As we continue to grow, we are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our high-performance manufacturing team.

**Position Summary**:
We are hiring a **Manufacturing Technician** to join our **high-speed, automated baking line**. This role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining automated equipment to ensure safe, consistent, and efficient production of high-quality baked products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor high-speed automated baking equipment.
- Perform machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct routine quality checks and log production data.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following sanitation and food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with maintenance and QA teams to minimize downtime and uphold product standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, and participate in training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in food manufacturing or automated production preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
