- Little Discoveries_ is a growing enrichment program that offers creative, hands-on learning experiences for children through themes like photography, science, and art. Our programs are designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in kids — all in a playful, supportive environment.

About the Role

We are looking for **two enthusiastic Instructors** to join our team in January 2026. As an Instructor, you will lead fun, structured weekly sessions for small groups of children (JK-Grade 6, depending on program stream). You’ll bring the prepared curriculum to life, create a safe and welcoming space, and help children explore new ideas through engaging activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise weekly 1-hour enrichment sessions
- Set up and clean up materials and classroom space before and after sessions.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
- Communicate with parents during drop-off and pick-up.
- Follow program flow and curriculum while bringing your own energy and creativity.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children (ECE, camp, tutoring, after-school programs, teaching assistant, etc.).
- Creative, energetic, and reliable.
- Comfortable leading small groups (max 16 children).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Current or willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Bonus: background in photography, arts, or STEM.
