**Math Instructors**

Mathnasium is a math-only learning centre that offers both math help and enrichment to students in grades 1-12. Each student in our program receives a customized learning plan based on our proprietary teaching material. Join us for the opportunity to make a difference in a child's life by passing on a love for math We offer part-time jobs with flexible scheduling and ongoing training opportunities. This is a great opportunity to enrich a resume for young students in STEM and other careers that require math knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

- Exceptional math skills
- Familiarity with Onario's grade 9 to 12 math curriculum
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to professionally interact with students of all ages and parents
- Energetic and confident personality
- Having a post-secondary degree or working towards one in the math/science/engineering field and other degrees that require strong math skills.
- Previous teaching experience or other experience working with children (e.g. tutoring, camp counsellor)

The learning centre environment is supportive and encouraging. Applicants should love teaching and be able to motivate students.

Hourly pay is higher for instructors able to teach Data Management.
