**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver high-quality curriculum and instructional materials for specialized areas of the Dental Assisting profession, including but not limited to: Dental Introduction, Dental Anatomy, Embryology, and Histology, Prevention of Disease Transmission ,Oral Pathology, Dental Pharmacology, Diagnostic Records, Dental Materials, Preventative Dentistry, Dental Radiography, Dental Practice Management, Clinical Practice.
- Ensure that all curriculum aligns with the requirements of industry standards, regulations, and accreditation bodies.
- Foster a positive, engaging learning environment that emphasizes hands-on and experiential learning via appropriate curriculum development.
- Contribute to program improvement and development based on feedback, industry trends, and new technologies in dental assisting.
**Requirements**:
- **MUST have A Post-secondary certification in Dental Assisting.**:
- **Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is a MUST.**:
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, patient care practices, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, mentoring, or curriculum development in a classroom or clinical setting is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in an educational environment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
