About you and this role - What you will do in this role

The ES/EVO outside WAC (MFR) works closely with the inside WAC to ensure that the scheduled maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently on a daily basis. This role supports the do-work maintenance resources by proactively ensuring scheduled maintenance jobs have the required materials and resources in place, and resolving any issues that may arise. This role facilitates the completion of break-in work and will act as the Dow Job Rep for 3rd party resources completing maintenance work in the facility. The role requires broad technical skills and strong influential leadership.

Responsibilities - Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role
- Reviews job packages in advance and ensures materials and resources are available.
- Assists in allocation of resources for resource leveraging.
- Reports the progress of the daily work to enable adjustments to the work schedule when needed. Reviews work status with service providers and originators and adjusts schedule as required.
- Reassigns resources scheduled to perform work to the next job, in the event the equipment is not prepared for maintenance on originally assigned job.
- Confirms that all scheduled job sequences, work and paperwork for the job have all been completed.
- Supports RTO activities.
- Coaches crafts persons when completed procedures/checklists/equipment repair forms are not filled out correctly.
- Conducts field audits to assure procedures are being used according to the local Maintenance Procedure Use Policy.

Qualifications - Required education, experience and abilities that are needed for this role (must haves)
- Journeyman certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance.
- A minimum requirement for this Canada based position is the ability to work legally in the Canada. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.
