**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and observations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to promote their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification or license as required by state regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and software tools.
- Experience in classroom management and conflict resolution is a plus.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student success.
